What is Computational Engineering?

Computational Engineering is an International Masters Program offered by the Computer Science Department of the Dresden University of Technology. Computational Engineering provides students with an opportunity of an in-depth, research-oriented program to learn how to design and build large computer based systems. The objective of the program is not only to provide students with an in-depth theoretical knowledge but also an in-depth systems expertise. During the first two semesters this Masters program will introduce students to the individual disciplines in the field of Computational Engineering and teach basic scientific and engineering methods. Students will be able to customize the focus of their studies by selecting elective courses that match their interests.
